When I created Intelligent Horizons, I felt that mining customer and consumer insights would be a key factor in advancing business growth.  Our research is a discovery process that begins with pinpointing where end users are now, what works and what's missing and why, and determining how best to fill those gaps with innovative products and services. 

I started my career in higher education focusing on traditional and online information retrieval research systems and resources, and also Project Director for the Center for Advanced Technology and Training.  Later on I joined an organizational development firm as a consultant to family owned businesses.  My marketing and customer research and training experience includes eight years with ARBOR, Inc. (Associates in Research of Behavior), and the last twelve years with Intelligent Horizons focusing on qualitative consumer and customer research.

Background:

Backed by BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering, I have 34 years experience in the automotive components industry including leadership positions in design, manufacturing, and business development. My global experience includes five years in Japan serving Asia Pacific customers and Joint Venture partners and three years in Germany serving European customers and captive manufacturers.
